You are saying this is totally new trend in Training, can you explain how?
In other training programs 75% time of whole training program in used for teaching the technology and only 25% time is given for actual implementation.
But we are concentrating on Development, only 15% time for teaching and 85% time for Live Project Development..
During project development does we have to individually join any currently working team of company?
No not at all. For project development total team is from your batch. So you will not fill any guilty while learning the development.


What will be our exact role during development of project?
As your batch is going to build total team, everyone will get chance to develop as well as lead the team.
So this will be very great experience during the training period to manage whole team as a Team Leader
